  3. 2 mistakes cost us the game 3-0 flattered devonport was a very flat average game and they will not win the title as for all other previous years what happened to rangers prospect knights ( sorry croatia ) never won a statewide cup that's funny we seem to have won a fair few!!!

  4. oh that right i do remember the year that city had to beat the bottom team, called Clarence that had not won a game all year in the last game of the year and beat city 2-1 now that must go down as one of the biggest chokers ever.

  5. Ulverstone the form team. Watch out City next week.

  6. I am not a maths teacher, but 2 mistakes would still make them win 1 nil? Yes u did win a fair few. But why dwell on the past? The issue is you forgot about bringing youth through in the past, hence the massive drop off now

  7. The thing with history is, how far back do you go. In a generation City have won as many premierships as St Leonard's Rovers and george Town. I make myself laugh just writing that! But why dwell on the past?

  12. Haha , people need to relax. After all it is only the northern premier league, and half the players that even comment on this are only average players at best.

  14. Anon 5:39 - Thank you for your comment indicating that the Devonport Strikers won't win the premiership this year (I'm sure they are well aware of their current predicament). Your insight and mathematical analysis are remarkable. Here is some analysis for you: Juve won't win the premiership this year, in fact, they won't even make the finals. Also, unless Launceston City's changerooms are improved I wouldn't consider them for the State League. Finally, you are allowed to use punctuation on this site. That is all.

    2. Correct... Worst changerooms around. Instead of paying for blokes to play in the past or maybe still today, they should of fixed their showers and bogga. I could wee a better pressure shower

  18. I'm guessing 1 or 2 comments are coming from Rangers (or Devonport) players/fans regarding Ulverstone. A few digs at our opposition teams each week trying to fire them up to play well against us. I hope it's helping to divert the attention off your own situations. We won't be taking City lightly I assure you. For the record, Donk to have a blinder, Rangers to get up 3-0, and get the engraver on stand by.
