Fascinating! If he was off the ground at the time the shot was struck and came back onto the field to "interfere" with play (which I don't think he did; a case could be made though). Is that still considered offside? Could someone clarify for me?
Some food for thought - Let's say a team has a free kick; could a player start off the pitch and make their way onto the field without being ruled offside?
the last goal.... Spicer thought Luate was interfering with play, went to his linesman and linesman was happy it was a goal. 50/50 decision, could of gone both ways but thats the luck of the draw
