  2. watched the Burnie v River game, Burnie unlucky not to get either a draw or the win, while River had plenty of chances so did Burnie, twice hitting the crossbar and the rebound headers going to the keeper. River certainly played some attractive soccer but their last 2 goals were gifts from Burnie defensive passes right in front. Burnie threw everything at them in the second half and were just unlucky. Think they could be our sternest test when we travel to Montello on 27th.

    1. So after watching the game Nigel you don't rate Riverside as a contender anymore and think that Burnie are the only team capable of competing against you?

    2. Love the way you constructed that sentence, lets just say that if I had to choose which to play in a grand final this week I would have picked Olympic and I think that the scores will be closer when we play Burnie as against Olympic this round. Did you see the match?

    3. No I wasn't at the game. Just wanting to clarify you statement, sounds like you don't rate "River". Just read there result from today. That's worthy of a grand final I would have thought?
